Gazda acestei activitฤศi de รฎnvฤศare, predare ศi training a fost Jean de Balathier ศi Pascal Goux, care au primit participanศii la sediul Agrapole, centrul cooperativelor agricole din regiunea Auvergne-Rhรดne-Alpes.
รn aceastฤ etapฤ, managerii au avut posibilitatea sฤ schimbe idei cu alศi participanศi, sฤ รฎnveศe despre cele mai bune practici de guvernanศฤ din Franศa ศi sฤ efectueze o comparaศie cu sistemele din Grecia, Romรขnia ศi Estonia. De asemenea, au avut ocazia sฤ contribuie la consolidarea cooperativelor agricole รฎn cadrul proiectului Erasmus+. Scopul proiectului constฤ รฎn รฎmbunฤtฤศirea funcศionฤrii acestor cooperative ศi รฎn facilitarea schimbului de cunoศtinศe รฎntre ศฤrile implicate.
Aceastฤ iniศiativฤ reprezintฤ un pas semnificativ รฎn promovarea cooperativelor agricole ศi consolidarea colaborฤrii รฎntre ศฤri. Participanศii au avut oportunitatea de a-ศi dezvolta cunoศtinศele profesionale ศi de a dezvolta abilitฤศi esenศiale รฎn gestionarea cooperativelor agricole.
Scurt rezumat al celor 5 zile:
๏ Pe parcursul primei zile de mobilitate, cei doi experti au prezentat aspectele importante ale cooperativelor agricole franceze, inclusiv ponderea lor economicฤ ศi organizarea รฎn Franศa ศi รฎn regiunea Auvergne-Rhรดne-Alpes. Au abordat, de asemenea, teme legate de Camerele regionale de agriculturฤ ศi misiunile acestora. Frรฉdรฉric Fieux a prezentat FranceAgriMer, o entitate publicฤ subordonatฤ Ministerului Agriculturii, avรขnd rolul de a sprijini sectoarele agricole ศi agroalimentare.
๏ La finalul primei zile, Laurent Martel a prezentat cooperativa de grad 3 InVivo, adunรขnd 174 de membri ศi axatฤ pe patru linii strategice de afaceri. Activitฤศi specifice includ oferirea de inputuri agricole, servicii agricole, distribuศie alimentarฤ ศi investiศii รฎn inovare, avรขnd parteneriate la nivel global ศi angajament pentru durabilitate ศi responsabilitate socialฤ.
๏ รn cea de a doua zi, managerii de cooperative au beneficiat de prezentฤrile consultantului Pascal Goux. Acestea au acoperit principiile fundamentale ale modelului cooperatist din Franศa, evidenศiind solidaritatea ศi autonomia acestora. S-au detaliat relaศia dintre cooperativฤ ศi membri, drepturile ศi obligaศiile membrilor รฎn Franศa, precum ศi guvernanศa cooperativei, cu accent pe consiliul de administraศie, democraศia participativฤ ศi respectarea principiilor cooperatiste.
๏ Prezentฤrile au fost urmate de un atelier interactiv, รฎn care managerii au elaborat organigrame de guvernare ale cooperativelor prin desene, facilitรขnd schimbul de experienศฤ ศi promovรขnd o perspectivฤ comparativฤ utilฤ pentru รฎmbunฤtฤศirea practicilor de guvernare รฎn propriile cooperative. Scopul general a fost consolidarea cunoศtinศelor participanศilor pentru dezvoltarea ศi รฎmbunฤtฤศirea gestionฤrii cooperativelor รฎn ศฤrile lor de origine.
๏ รn prima parte a zilei a treia a programului de mobilitate Erasmus+, managerii cooperativelor agricole din Romรขnia, Grecia, Franศa ศi Estonia au vizitat Cooperativa Agricolฤ de Seminศe „Top Semance” din La Cรดte Saint-Andrรฉ, Franศa. Conducerea cooperativei a prezentat contribuศia semnificativฤ la dezvoltarea ศi inovaศia รฎn industria seminศelor, iar managerii au explorat facilitฤศile moderne ศi procesele avansate de producศie.
๏ รn a doua parte a zilei, aceศtia au explorat grupul cooperativ agricol ศi agroalimentar OXYANE, cu accent pe flexibilitate ศi orientare cฤtre oameni. Cu peste 7.000 de fermieri activi ศi aproape 2.000 de angajaศi, OXYANE se angajeazฤ sฤ construiascฤ o agriculturฤ viabilฤ ศi sฤ promoveze colaborarea eficientฤ.
๏ รn prima parte a celei de-a patra zile, managerii au vizitat fabrica de procesare a Uniunii de Cooperative UCAL pentru soia, rapiศฤ ศi floarea soarelui, evidenศiind angajamentul pentru punerea รฎn comun a resurselor ศi promovarea unei agriculturi durabile.
๏ รn cea de-a doua parte a zilei, au explorat Cooperativa de Vinuri Saint Pourรงain, afiliatฤ la cooperativa de grad 3 UCAL, care a demonstrat succesul รฎn promovarea vinurilor distinctive ale zonei ศi angajamentul faศฤ de calitate ศi excelenศฤ รฎn industria viticolฤ.
๏ รn ultima parte a celei de-a patra zile, managerii au vizitat moara de grรขu Limagrain din Ennezat, Franศa. Cu 1700 de membri ศi 10.000 de angajaศi, cooperativa se situeazฤ pe primul loc la nivel mondial รฎn producศia de seminศe ศi furnizeazฤ grรขul pentru producerea de fฤinฤ. Cu un proces complex de producศie ศi angajamentul pentru cercetare, Limagrain reprezintฤ un gigant global รฎn industria agricolฤ.
๏ รn ultima zi a evenimentului de mobilitate desfฤศurat รฎn Lyon, cei 43 de manageri de cooperative din Romรขnia, Franศa, Grecia ศi Estonia au sintetizat concluziile generale privind analiza strategicฤ รฎn cadrul cooperativelor. Aceastฤ evaluare a avut loc la sediul Agrapole, centrul cooperativelor agricole din regiunea Auvergne-Rhรดne-Alpes, รฎn prezenศa celor douฤ gazde, Jean de Balathier ศi Pascal Goux.
Prin intermediul acestui proiect, U.N.C.S.V. ศi-a propus sฤ sprijine managerii cooperativelor agricole membre รฎn activitatea lor, avรขnd ca scop promovarea practicilor de bunฤ guvernare รฎn cadrul acestor cooperative ศi dezvoltarea competenศelor prin formarea managerilor ศi schimbul de practici noi ศi inovatoare, inclusiv adoptarea abordฤrilor multidisciplinare.
Conferinศa de inchidere a proiectului ERASMUS+, va avea loc รฎn data de 07.12.2023 ศi se va desfฤศura la Ramada Plaza Hotel, รฎn Bucureศti. Conferinศa รฎศi propune sฤ adune peste 120 specialiศti, reprezentanศi ai cooperativelor agricole ศi alte persoane interesate de evoluศia ศi dezvoltarea acestui sector vital al economiei.
MANAGERS OF AGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES FROM U.N.C.S.V. COMPLETED THE THIRD STAGE OF THE ERASMUS PROJECT
From 26 November to 02 December 2023, managers of agricultural cooperatives from the U.N.C.S.V. participated in the 3rd physical mobility of the Erasmus+ project „Good Governance Practices in Agricultural Cooperatives – GGPAC” (project no. 2021-1-RO01KA220-VET-000025577). This phase brought together 43 cooperative managers from Romania, France, Greece and Estonia.
This learning, teaching and training activity was hosted by Jean de Balathier and Pascal Goux, who welcomed the participants at the Agrapole headquarters, the centre for agricultural cooperatives in the Auvergne-Rhรดne-Alpes region.
At this stage, managers had the opportunity to exchange ideas with other participants, learn about best governance practices in France and compare with systems in Greece, Romania and Estonia. They also had the opportunity to contribute to the strengthening of agricultural cooperatives within the Erasmus+ project. The aim of the project is to improve the functioning of these cooperatives and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between the countries involved.
This initiative is a significant step in promoting agricultural cooperatives and strengthening collaboration between countries. Participants had the opportunity to develop their professional knowledge and develop essential skills in managing agricultural cooperatives.
Short summary of the 5 days:
๏ During the first day of mobility, the two experts presented the important aspects of French agricultural cooperatives, including their economic weight and organisation in France and in the Auvergne-Rhรดne-Alpes region. They also addressed topics related to regional chambers of agriculture and their missions. Frรฉdรฉric Fieux presented FranceAgriMer, a public entity subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture, whose role is to support the agricultural and agri-food sectors.
๏ At the end of the first day, Laurent Martel presented the grade 3 cooperative InVivo, gathering 174 members and focused on four strategic business lines. Specific activities include providing agricultural inputs, agricultural services, food distribution and investment in innovation, with global partnerships and a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
๏ On the second day, cooperative managers benefited from presentations by consultant Pascal Goux. These covered the fundamental principles of the French cooperative model, highlighting their solidarity and autonomy. The relationship between the cooperative and its members, the rights and obligations of members in France, as well as cooperative governance, with a focus on the board of directors, participatory democracy and respect for cooperative principles, were detailed.
๏ The presentations were followed by an interactive workshop, where managers drew cooperative governance charts through drawings, facilitating the exchange of experience and promoting a useful comparative perspective for improving governance practices in their own cooperatives. The overall aim was to strengthen participants’ knowledge for developing and improving cooperative governance in their home countries.
๏ On the first part of the third day of the Erasmus+ mobility programme, managers of agricultural cooperatives from Romania, Greece, France and Estonia visited the Agricultural Seed Cooperative „Top Semance” in La Cรดte Saint-Andrรฉ, France. The management of the cooperative presented its significant contribution to development and innovation in the seed industry and the managers explored the modern facilities and advanced production processes.
๏ In the second part of the day, they explored the OXYANE agricultural and agri-food cooperative group, with a focus on flexibility and people orientation. With over 7,000 active farmers and nearly 2,000 employees, OXYANE is committed to building sustainable agriculture and promoting effective collaboration.
๏ On the first part of the fourth day, managers visited the UCAL Cooperative Union’s processing plant for soybean, rapeseed and sunflower, highlighting the commitment to pooling resources and promoting sustainable agriculture.
๏ In the second part of the day, they explored the Saint Pourรงain Wine Cooperative, affiliated to the 3rd grade UCAL cooperative, which demonstrated its success in promoting the area’s distinctive wines and commitment to quality and excellence in the wine industry.
๏ On the last part of the fourth day, managers visited the Limagrain wheat mill in Ennezat, France. With 1,700 members and 10,000 employees, the cooperative ranks first worldwide in seed production and supplies wheat for flour production. With a complex production process and commitment to research, Limagrain is a global giant in the agricultural industry.
๏ On the last day of the mobility event in Lyon, the 43 cooperative managers from Romania, France, Greece and Estonia summarised the overall conclusions on strategic analysis in cooperatives. This assessment took place at the Agrapole headquarters, the centre for agricultural cooperatives in the Auvergne-Rhรดne-Alpes region, in the presence of the two hosts, Jean de Balathier and Pascal Goux.
Through this project, U.N.C.S.V. aimed to support the managers of member agricultural cooperatives in their work, with a view to promoting good governance practices within these cooperatives and developing competences through manager training and the exchange of new and innovative practices, including the adoption of multidisciplinary approaches.
The closing conference of the ERASMUS+ project will take place on 07.12.2023 at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Bucharest. The conference aims to bring together more than 120 specialists, representatives of agricultural cooperatives and other people interested in the evolution and development of this vital sector of the economy.
